We hope you are satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please read below for more information on our return policy prior to submitting the return request form:
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please submit the Return Request form and allow up to one (1) business day in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), a refund will be issued.
Please allow at least three to five business (3-5) days from the receipt of your item for the return to be processed.
A refund confirmation email will be sent once a refund has been issued.
Please note that refunds could take up to 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company.
Clearance Items and Custom Products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- Orders for standard stock items that are cancelled before they have shipped will be credited 100%.
- Orders that are cancelled for any reason after they have already shipped are subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus the cost of freight for the original outgoing order.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to any unopened returned item.
- HTM Lighting Solutions reserves the right to charge restocking fees of up to 50% of the item's price, should the returned items be damaged, altered or materially different from how it was originally shipped by HTM Lighting Solutions.
