Domestic Shipping Information

Estimated Processing and Shipping:

  • HTM Lighting  will typically ship all orders the within 1 week of receiving it for standard colors, and 2 weeks for custom colors. If using a Standard Method of shipping (FedEx Ground / UPS Ground),
  • If there is any lead time or back order, an Htm Lighting representative will contact the customer and advise of expected ship date.
  • For special shipping needs, please call us at 1-813-938-6025 or send us an inquiry by clicking here.

Htm Lighting will primarily be using FedEx & FedEx Freight for most orders

* Florida residents receive next day shipping from the time that the order has been manufactured, and/or that we have the stock availability at our Tampa Florida Facility.

* Htm Lighting reserves the right to change shipping methods of orders based on but not limited to shipping price, shipping times, product issues and shipping locations.

* Hawaii, Alaska and International shipping are NOT included on items that include Free Shipping. Also Htm Lighting may not honor website shipping rates to those locations.
   A representative will contact you if there are any problems.

* If you choose FedEx / UPS Ground as your shipping method, understand that shipping transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed by any date. If you need your order by a certain date, please choose one of the guaranteed methods.

* If you choose FedEx Freight / UPS Freight, estimated transit time is determined at the time of shipping.

* If a ship to address was mistakenly entered by the customer and needs to be changed, FedEx / UPS charges a $15 Flat Fee for re-directs. This does not include additional charges that may be acquired by shipping to farther locations.

Typically by 3:00 p.m of the Next Business Day. (Guaranteed)

FedEx Priority Overnight

Typically by 10:30 a.m of the Next Business Day. (Guaranteed)

FedEx Priority Overnight

As early as 8:00 a.m. or 8:30 a.m. of the Next Business Day. (Guaranteed)
