These tubes are incredibly energy efficient at 140 lm/W, and have an estimated 50,000 hour lifespan!

Since power is supplied to the tubes directly, and these LED tubes use aluminum heat sinks for improved heat dissipation, you no longer have to worry about maintenance costs from traditional lighting sources, such as swapping out the ballasts.
Cons:

Since these are LED tubes with an internal driver, these do require a ballast bypass and for the fixtures to be rewired as a dual-ended connection.

LED lighting is unidirectional, meaning that these tubes only provide a 120 degree beam angle instead of the 360 degree beam angles of most fluorescent tubes.
